Asia Field Applications Manager – Salutron, Inc.

Company Description
Salutron, Inc. is a San Francisco based technology house specializing in body
monitoring solutions. The company was founded in 1995 and has developed heart
rate monitoring solutions for fitness and wellness applications.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Applications Manager in Salutron,
Inc. The Field Applications Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks
related to field applications, laboratory skills, and product & project
management. The role can be worked from home flexibility at any city in
Taiwan or work in our Neihu office in Taipei.

Qualifications
1. Field applications product & project management skills
2. Experience in fitness equipment field or ECG, EKG and PPG heart rate
monitoring application
3. Strong laboratory skills
4. Proficiency in operating oscilloscopes and understanding microprocessor
system application principles.
5. Strong understanding of electronic circuit principles and design
6. Sound interpersonal skill, like to make friends
7. Thoughtful, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
8. Patient and attentive listener, demonstrating an interest in understanding
customer and internal team’s deep needs and best interests.
9. Familiar with sport and fitness equipment industry is a big plus
10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Biomedical
engineering, Bioengineering)

Compensation & Benefits
1. NTD85,000 or above per month
2. Annual bonus
3. 15 days of paid time off (PTO)
4. Comprehensive extra employee and dependent insurance
