Russell Westbrook spent part of the offseason watching tapes of the technical fouls he accrued during the 14-15 season.

Westbrook noticed all the "dumb s***" he was doing and decided to try to reduce them.
他終於發現了自己上賽季做的那些事情有多蠢，並決定要減少它們.
Westbrook has four technical fouls in 31 games so far this season compared to 15 in 67 last season.
Russ本季的31場比賽裡吃了4T，而去年則是在67場比賽裡吞了15T.

而且你去年其實是16T要被禁賽的，多虧聯盟改判救你才能在季末繼續拼
