From Iowa Wolves coach Scott Roth: "I’m a little shocked to be honest with how
well he did. His first four or five minutes, you could see the timing and the
rust, and I just figured that was going to continue maybe for another game or
two because it’s been such a long layoff and with bigger guys it’s harder to
get back into a flow. To have the line he had -- 16 minutes, 15 points and four
blocks and really impressive. I think he’s got just a great future. If he
continues to work, stay healthy, his size, his athletic ability and his love
for the game, I think will shine through. This is just one little baby step for
him. He has got a lot of work before he’ll go back.
愛荷華狼隊總教練 Scott Roth 賽後表示：「老實說我有點驚訝他的好表現。剛上場的
四到五分鐘，你可以觀察到時機點掌握有些生疏，而我想類似狀況也許會再持續個一至
兩場。畢竟已經很長一段時間沒出賽，對於長人來說，想找回比賽狀態需要付出更多。
他能在16分鐘內繳出15分和四記火鍋，很令人驚艷。我認為美好未來正等著他，如果他
可以持續鍛鍊，保持健康、身形、活動力以及對於球賽的熱情，會有綻放光芒的一天。
今天對他來說只是開始，還有許多工作要完成。」

"He’s going to be on that pace (16 to 20 minutes a game) for about 10 days or
so, and we’ll see where he’s at. Once he gets re-evaluated and we see how his
body’s going to react to playing, they’ll tell me and we’ll ramp it up. They
’ll tell me to play him X amount of minutes and that’s what we’ll do."
「接下來的十天左右，他將保持類似出賽配額(每場16至20分鐘)。一旦他再次接受評估
，我們會觀察他的身體如何回應，再將出賽時間逐步增加。」

From Patton himself: "It was good. Everyone was doing a good job of getting me
acclimated to the game and that’s why we started off a little slow. I think it
was just good to get everybody on the same page. You know, I haven’t play
with these guys before and this was all the steps of being a great team, me
helping them and them also helping me. We’ve all got a job to do, and I feel
like today we did it and got the W."
Patton 賽後表示：「感覺很棒。每一位隊友努力在協助我融入比賽中，導致一開賽有些
慢熱。整支球隊齊心協力，這感覺真好。我從未和這些隊友合作過，今天在場上是成為
優秀球隊的必經之路，我幫助他們，他們也來協助我。」

When asked if he was rusty early on, he said, "Oh yeah, of course, I mean it
was my first time playing basketball in a long time, so I would say there was a
little rust there. But my teammates did a good job of helping get me involved
 and I got there and I feel like it was a good game."
被問到一開賽是否感覺不適應，他說：「當然，距離我上一次上場比賽已間隔一段時間，
的確感受到有些生疏。不過隊友們努力協助我進入比賽狀態，而我也做到了。」

看起來是完全康復了，活動力沒問題，希望是球隊需要的 rim protector，

進攻技巧還觀察不太出來，但放籃手感以及和隊友搭配擋拆的反應都不錯。

好的開始，順利的話也許一個月後就能拉上來。
