1. Andrew Wiggins needs a transformative offseason. Any insight on his or the teams' plans?
Wiggins夏天是不是需要大改變，球隊有啥安排嗎？

There has already been a ton of discussion about the coaches being more involved this summer and the players getting together more for workouts. Presuming Wiggins is on board with that, it will help things. But sooner or later, Andrew has to take responsibility for his performance and take it personally that he has plateaued. If that happens, there is a good chance of improvement. If not, we'll see more of the same.

2. My question – if the Wolves stand pat at pick 10, and I believe you’ve mentioned Coby White previously, any others that are early favorites that you’d think would make a good fit here?

I love Coby White. I just wonder if he will be available at 10. Depending on what mock you're looking at, he could go anywhere from 5-10. Darius Garland will be another interesting one to watch. Would his injury cause him to slide? I'm not sure.

3. Who do you think the odds-on favorite to be POBO for the Wolves is going to be? Assuming we're way too early in the game to know this, but speculation is fun!

 I don't think there is a front-runner right now. Some of the names you've seen bandied about in speculation -- Chauncey Billups, Calvin Booth, David Griffin, etc. -- will absolutely be candidates. But I do think there's going to be a fairly wide net cast.
One thing I will say: I've covered a lot of these searches for the Wolves. I believe there will be a true process involved in this one for the first time in my 14 years covering this team. And, thankfully, no search firm!

Joerger definitely has a more proven track record. He's a terrific coach and maximizes his players' ability as well as almost any coach in the league. He was close to taking the job when Flip was looking for a coach, but Memphis wouldn't let him out of his deal. I think he resonated with Glen with his Minnesota roots.

It remains possible that whomever is brought in as president will look at him, or some other candidates, and decide to bring him in. I will say, though, that Ryan has the backing of many in the organization for the way he handled a very difficult set of circumstances. Most notably, KAT is in his corner. That's a very big deal.

There definitely is a sense of urgency. They know they're up against the Pelicans, Lakers and Wizards and will have competition for top names. But because Glen is just now diving into the process, I think it will be a deliberate one. I have no idea how long it will take, but a guess would be sometime early to mid May.
當然很緊急，但是這次選POBO真的很認真，不知道會持續多久，大概現在到5月中旬。

6. 你狼的集訓是認真的嗎？還是只是說說
I don't think it's all talk. Last summer was a disaster from that standpoint. Players never saw each other. The Butler drama, KAT's contract, Wiggins' indifference and the inability of the coaching staff/front office to engage the players and get them to buy in all contributed to a complete disconnect all summer long. They know that can't happen again. And with KAT's contract all settled and him firmly entrenched as the new leader, he will take the initiative to organize things.

7. Taj會回來嗎
When we spoke to him this week, he did say he would like to be back. He loves playing for Ryan and said he really enjoyed the chemistry that developed in the locker room after the trade. As always, it will come down to money. I'm curious to see what kind of offers he gets on the open market. Any playoff contender would be wise to grab him for a bench role.

8.I think that would be a tough pill for Ryan to swallow. He really wants the job and believes he's done a good job in tough circumstances. Never say never, but I would be surprised if he remained on staff should they decide to go another direction.

9. I like Joerger a lot and know he's a gifted basketball coach. Look at the situations that he left -- Memphis and Sacramento are two of the most chaotic situations in the league. I'm not saying that he doesn't have his own things like most coaches. If he was fired from the Celtics and Heat, that would be one thing. The Grizz and Kings? There's a benefit of the doubt that probably has to be granted.

10.And I think everyone in the organization knows it. As I and several others have reported, it was not an easy front office to communicate with. And I'm not talking about with the media. I'm talking with agents and other teams. A lot of frustration in dealing with Thibs and Layden for trade talks.

11.He told us at the end of the season he's going to listen to all offers. I don't see a bank-breaking one coming in from another team, but you never know. I do think he likes Ryan and he really appreciates the organization for bringing him in when he was hanging onto a spot in the league by his finger nails. So I think he will give the Wolves every chance to keep him. Fit and comfort are more important to him than contract at this point.

12.I think they like what they saw from Tyus this season. Record-breaking assist-to-turnover ratio. They will look long and hard at bringing him back, either as a backup or a starter. But I do think they'll explore that area in the draft or free agency to see if there's another long-term solution once Teague is gone.

可能三度錯過二哥QQ，但如果錯過二哥，
二哥又在西區再就業的話，你狼和小桑的壓力會非常非常大，
尤其你狼在媒體方面不是太友善。

但如果GM和教練都以欽定，不曉得認真選POBO要幹嘛？

Who's the POBO? And while I'm sure Dave would have interest, would the Wolves? They'd have to figure out if Memphis and Sacramento are just screwed up, or if Dave has red flags that resulted in his firings.
