大家好 最近在寫生化題庫 Lehningr有一題關於GLUT 1的計算。題目如下
GLUT1 has a Kt of 1.5 mM for glucose and a Kt of 30 mM for galactose. What concentration galactose would be required to reach the same rate of import as 5mM glucose?
想請問這題該如何解？
要假定Vmax相同？還是可以用Kt = 1/2 Vmax去推出Vmax的比值 再進行計算呢？
