對於在中國南方的阿富汗而言，儘管美國在阿富汗長達13年的戰爭仍未完全平息，
但阿富汗正在加速步上經濟軌道，同時，目前中國與緬甸石油管道也正在計劃當中，
又稱之為“管道斯坦”（Pipelineistan），被視為是得以改變歐亞能源分配
規則的關鍵。
