[英中] 請問這幾句話怎麼翻？

  想請問下面幾句，想破頭實在翻不出來
  可以請大家給我一些建議嗎？謝謝

  We must learn to live on a margin.

  When the going gets tough the tough go shopping.
  -->這句話如果go shopping換成get tough是愈挫愈勇
  但如果是go shopping，整句話要怎麼翻呢？
