板上各位好，我手邊有一份英文的土地契約，
但有一段話不知道該怎麼用中文解釋才好，
except portion thereof lying Westerly of a line extending
from a point on the Northwesterly line thereof,
154.9 feet Northeasterly from the most Westerly corner
thereof at a point on the Southerly ling thereof 110.6
feet Easterly from the most Southerly corner thereof;
And except that portion thereof conveyed to King County for road.
