以下幾個版本有關身障停車位的翻譯，
請問版友哪一個外國人比較看得懂?簡要而不會誤解

非身心障礙者本人或未搭載身心障礙者之車輛禁止占用
1.The parking lots are reserved for the disabled or vehicles carrying one.
2.Any person other than the disabled or vehicles without carrying one is not
  allowed to use the parking lot.
3.Vehicles which are not owned by the disabled or do not carry the disabled
  are not allowed to occupy the area.
4.Any person other than the disabled who has the identification cards of
  disabled parking and their family members is not allowed to use the reserved
  parking lot(s).
