大家好，
文章背景(寫在其他段)是說聯準會蒐集資料來闡述利率和銀行準備金及銀行借貸多寡的
關係。
段落如下：

* 最後一句的 a material fraction of 的 material 應該要怎麼理解，實體的一部份？
聽起來有點多餘，可以去掉嗎？
