沙發坐的地方有破，現以貼皮補起來。另底部有不小部分被咬破，但仍可以坐。
辦公桌底部有點壞掉。
沙發跟辦公桌都蠻舊的，但都堪用(詳照片)。
需自取，公寓六樓沒電梯需自行搬運。
