: 請問目前的狀況 是聯邦官員只針對學校的創辦人 還沒有把學生權利限制的意思?

目前看來移民執法單位只有找上學校負責人而已，國際學生的部份則需要儘快設
法維持身份。因此建議你打這支電話，詢問目前身份狀態，如果狀態 OK ，趕緊
找另外一間學校轉進去然後唸完，讓你的 SEVIS紀錄正常結束。如果狀態是無法
轉學的狀態，可能會遇上麻煩，但看來不像，應該可以轉。
總之你運氣算不錯，暫時沒事，但考慮 F身份要維持最快的方式是有學校唸，找
一間正常一點的學校報名進去唸完會比較安全，例如 UCI、UCSD、UCLA的語言學
程。盡量在 3/25 （14天內）搞定轉學的事情。
你必須趕緊採取行動，因為拖越久越不利，轉過去拿到新的 I-20 就算安全，也
就不太會影響你今年度的 H-1B 申請或是 DV2015 的面試，然後也可以放心去更
新駕照。
