大家好
剛才填完表單並且簽完電子簽名之後送出DS-160，
確認頁面卻沒有接著開啟，因此沒有拿到確認序號
之後想要retrieve application但是一直出現：
“An unexpected error has occurred while
processing your previous request. The error
has been reported to the site administrator;
no further action is required.”
嘗試safari和chrome還有safari IE10模式 都無法view confirmation page
請問有人遇到相同的情況、有辦法解決嗎？
