[歐洲] 英國的歐盟伴侶簽

我(台灣人)嫁給義大利人，現在因為老公在倫敦工作，所以我們居住在倫敦。
一開始七月初我是用遊客簽證入境英國，上一次回義大利結婚後再次入境時(八月初)，
簽證官幫我蓋了一個不一樣的章。
長這樣：

※ 想問的是，歐盟的配偶是否需要簽證才可以合法地"居留"並於英國境內"工作"？

因為我們在英國移民與簽證的政府部門網站上看到：

You don’t need to apply for a residence card as a family member
but it can help you......

※ 如果需要簽證，哪個簽證是我該申請的？
※ 如果不需要申請簽證，那護照上的章只有六個月，我該怎麼辦？
最後一個問題：
※ 有人知道移民署的任何聯絡方式嗎？我在網站找了很久也找不到email或電話，連郵寄
的地址都是mail box...是要怎麼問問題QQ

曾經在網路上看到一些分享，但都是2014以前，
(以前有一個EEA2可以申請，現在已經找不到了)
想知道有人有比較新的經驗可以分享嗎？
