最近H1b Renew剛下來
老婆在台灣要去申請新的H4 stamp
在填寫DS-160的時候有一些問題想請教
(1) 在Travel Information那頁
選擇H4之後 出現了Principal Applicant Information區塊
區塊內要填Application Receipt/Petition Number
但是不確定要填h1b還是h4的 (這次H4有自己的I-797A)
(2) 在Previous U.S. Travel Information頁
有一題是
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf
with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
不知道這次的H4 Renew算不算？
