的確如此，休無薪假後就失去身份，失去身份導致無法合法留在美國。離開美國

到底要不要撤回 I-129這個部份建議請教律師，一般來說撤回是沒問題的。

: 假如是從第一個10/1起算六年的話，過了三年沒去extend也一樣是六年嗎？
: 還是說沒去延長就沒了，六年是說最多給你六年（有延長的情況下）？
一期三年，最多給兩期六年，所以三年一到你身份過期，必須申請延長，延長最
多給到六年。如果你三年到期後離開美國，第四年又回來申請，一樣給到六年期
限為止。
