[北美] ESTA被拒B1該如何填寫拒簽問題

[chucheng (時間太少事情太多)]

友人手殘，填ESTA時按錯，寫信去更正被拒，現在正在填DS-160 衝B2簽證


想請教一下，ESTA已被拒，那

have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the
United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port
of entry?

該填yes / 還是　no?

You must find the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate and apply for
a visa to visit the United States. We are not allowed to discuss through
e-mail or by phone the conditions on which you have been denied ESTA.
You are not eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).

PLEASE NOTE: If you are receiving this e-mail, this is
the FINAL determination on your case and it will be closed.
Any further correspondence will not be received.
