[北美] J1簽證212e條款問題

[lunavis (indream)]

想請問大學校級交換學生是subject to 212e rule嗎?
我當時辦簽證時被問了有沒有拿政府的錢，
回答了是自費，
因此被勾了non subject to，
可是我最近上網查又發現交換學生好像都會被勾subject to，
請問有人知道應該是哪一種嗎?
如果是subject to的話，
我是要再重新辦理簽證嗎QQ
