看白宮的原文 似乎原原po(有簽證在護照上的人) 也會被擋住?


Sec. 3.  Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry.  (a)  The suspension
and limitation on entry pursuant to section 2 of this proclamation shall
apply only to any alien who:

(i)    is outside the United States on the effective date of this
proclamation;


但(ii)又說:

(ii)   does not have a nonimmigrant visa that is valid on the effective date
of this proclamation; and


所以到底原原po會被擋嗎...

美國時間24號 00:01生效，不知道原原po抵達美國了沒...

→ cchris: 當然不會被擋;這是三個條件的交集成立才會被擋的;
→ cchris: and這個字是關鍵，代表「交集」。交集就是要同時成立才行
→ cchris: or這個字代表聯集;所以AND vs OR是個關鍵的差別
→ cchris: 不是只有學電腦的人重視,學法律的人也得重視AND vs OR
