推 cassine: 還沒current你也無法送I-485/DS-260，因此就先申請O-1 08/12 01:18
我知道 I-485 要看是否用表 B
但我以為排期沒到 consular processing 還能進展直到安排面試
這樣我就不用急著繳費了XD (目前收到 NVC Invoice 後還未繳費)
後續若決定走 AOS 是直接 file I-485 後通知 NVC 就可以了對嗎？

EB-2 NIW I-140 通過但排期 (2023 二月底) 尚未 current
已找到願意 sponsor O-1 的雇主

提及的是 filing of a preference petition 也就是 I-140
由於 O-1 申請時間似乎比 consular processing 拿到綠卡的時間好掌握一點
請問若要儘早入職是否選擇申請 O-1，暫緩送出 DS-260
改拿到 O-1 入境後再 file I-485 或 DS-260 比較穩妥?
