經告知拒收信件後，接續收到被檢舉人發送之二封信件，
雖其目的為要求被刪除文章原件，惟被檢舉人不待回應，
逕自連續發信，並有繼續發信干擾檢舉人正常使用之虞，
已逾越正常使用目的。
