Virgo horoscope for Oct 16 2016
It has been said that if you can't stand the heat,
you should get out of the kitchen.
That sounds like a simple answer, but it doesn't really solve the problem.
If you get out of the kitchen, then surely you can't cook. You could turn on a fan,
open a window, or dress in a cooler fashion.
There are always alternatives,
Virgo - just as there are alternatives to a situation you now face.
If you are feeling anxious but you don't want to "get out of the kitchen,"
you can sure find another simple solution.

有人說：「怕熱就不要進廚房。」
這聽起來是個簡單的答案，但卻沒有真正解決問題。
如果「走出廚房」那肯定無法繼續料理、烹調，其實你可以選擇打開風扇、開窗和穿著涼爽的衣服(一直都有替代方案存在)。
你最後必須在「待下去」和「離開」之間抉擇，就像面對你現在的問題下定決心，做出決定。
如果你感到焦慮，可是你並不想離開廚房，那你一定能找到另一個簡單的解決方案。
