Deciding what is fair can be a very subjective process. Everyone may have a
different idea of what is fair based on their own experiences, their own
personal background, and what they have to lose or gain. You may be in a
precarious situation now because you have to decide on what is fair among a
lot of different options. Try to listen to what everyone has to say. Ask for
feedback. And explain why you feel what you feel. You can come to an amicable
decision, Virgo, that will appeal to everyone, but it will take some work.
