If you have a fear, and you feed that fear by imagining the worst, you may
not feel any less fearful if someone tries to rationally explain to you that
your fear has no realistic foundation. That's because fear is inside your
head and not necessarily dictated by the outside world. Someone may now be
trying to help you overcome something that you are afraid of, dear Virgo. And
even though they may offer some inspiration, you must also work on this
internally. If you really want to get over a fear, you need to change your
mindset.
