You may think that you are freeing yourself from a stressful situation by
refusing to talk about it or by getting away from it all together. But just
because you aren't talking about it or arguing about it, does not mean you
have gotten away scot-free. If you are still thinking about it, Virgo, then
it is still having an impact on you, and it is still stirring up stress. To
truly knock out the stress, you have to knock it down. You can do that by
running at the situation head on and dealing with it in finality. It should
be easier than you think. Address, don't avoid it.
