Something that seems fair to you may not seem fair at all to someone else.
Can't they see why it is right, Virgo? Or can't you see why it isn't right?
These kinds of situations can be hard to navigate, and you may be facing
something like this now. The only real way to come to an agreement is to talk
it out and to truly hear what the other person is saying. Arguing and trying
to "win" won't do it. It isn't about winning. It is about understanding. When
you do, just a few small compromises might make it fairer for all involved.

有些你覺得很公平的事情；在別人眼中未必如此。
（你很好奇）他們為什麼不覺得這樣是對的？還是看不出來為什麼不對？
諸如此類的處境很難駕馭，但現在你必須面對這樣的狀況。
要讓彼此想法達成協議的方法只有一個，就是要說出自己的想法，同時也傾聽對方在講什
麼（不要急著反駁，把話聽完）。
爭執和試圖「贏」過別人都行不通。
因為這樣的局面根本無關勝負；「理解對方」反而是更重要的事情。
當你試著理解別人的看法，只要稍為溝通，就能使所有參與事件的相關人等，不但覺得公
平，也能和諧團結的進行工作。
