[VB6 ] [VBA]如何引用 class dll

小弟想要引用上列網址的dll , 但是不知道要如何從它的source code 來看 應該是C#所寫的

但是C#是物件導向語言 需要宣告class , 請教VBA/VB6 如何引用這個dll file

懇請版大們幫忙
