Festering Strike has a 100% chance to summon a powerful Risen Skulker for 22
25 sec. This can only occur once every 60 sec.

 NGA實測：據說拿掉了，冰冷之心改成冰邪通用新橘

Critical Strike was decreased from 622 to 497,
Haste was decreased from 497 to 373 and Mastery was decreased from 747 to 622

凜衝特長每一點砍4%傷害

不用再住玄鴨堡了，砍成這樣所有傷害取向聖物效益都差不多了
