而艦長三階技能『防禦火力(Defensive Fire)』沒被更動
『Defensive AA Fire』應該是遊戲中六階以上巡洋艦自帶的消耗品（技能）的名稱

所以是消耗品（船艦技能）的防空增益效果被砍半
其實本來就沒寫加多少，砍半是被砍多少我們也不知道 wwwww
