應該也是營運人員的live裡面提到的，稍微翻一下

- The tier 1 german ship is too good and will be nerfed. Tier 5 and 6 have
the highest avarage damage among cruisers, but the sample is small and it can
be the STs skill. The test drive will give more info on tier 5. Tiers 9-10
will definitely get a buff.

T1德巡OP，會被NERF，T5和T6在超測看起來很強，不過數據太少

所以先放T5出來收集數據，T9和T10會buff

- Tirplitz will be sold rarely. Maximum one more time this year, probably for
Christmas, but it's not fixed yet.

北宅不會隨便拿出來賣，今年頂多在賣一次，可能在聖誕節。

- Cleveland doesn't belong on tier 6, but that's heritage from the prolonged
game development. The current plans say it will be replaced by another tier 6
(planned for May 2016) and will later join the USN light cruisers branch as
tier 8.

姆斯不應該放在T6，那是八年遺毒(誤)，目前計畫用另外一台船取代他(計畫在明年5月)

然後把姆斯放到新增的米國輕巡線的T8。

- Essex and Midway are too good. The stats for Essex are OK and won't be
touched for now, but Midway will get slight nerf in 5.1 so it's no longer off
the chart. Still that will be small nerf as there is no goal to make it bad,
just not so overperforming as now.

Essex和Midway現在過很爽，不過Essex的數據看起來還OK，暫時不會動他。

Midway在5.1會稍微nerf一點，不過不會nerf太多，因為他現在太IMBA。

- They don't give up on the unified account just no ETA for now. Follow the
news, they will give more info eventually.

營運不會放棄把帳號統合起來，不過沒有時程計畫。 (不確定)

- The battleship-carrier hybrids like Ise will be awards ships. There are not
enough for branch and their gameplay is more complicated and they don't want
to sell it to noobs who will fail and won't enjoy it. Such ships are good for
awards - rank 1 in some season, Team Battles or Clan Wars awards ships. Same
goes for Kitakami - it won't be sold, because it's disaster in the hands of
noob players who bought it (N1 team killer by wide margin). Such skill
dependant ships with interesting gameplay will be rewards for skilled players.

航戰、像Ise會以獎勵船的方式登場，他們湊不出一條科技樹。

而且他們使用上比較複雜所以不會拿出來賣給noob避免破壞遊戲體驗。

這些船很適合當Rank 1的獎品在賽季、團體戰、或公會戰。

Kitakami也是一樣，他不會拿出來賣，因為他會破壞雙方遊戲體驗，如果使用者是noob

這種需要技量的船會拿出來當獎品給高玩們。

- Minekaze won't be nerfed again for now - it's strong ship, but not broken
anymore (the 10km torps) so the last change was not really "nerf". The
constant invisible torpedo spam is bad for the game and very annoying for the
target. High tier DDs have very long reload times for that reason and they
don't spam endless waves of torps + there are more planes to spot them.

Minekaze短期內不會再被nerf了，他是台很強的船，不過沒有像以前這麼Imba(10km魚雷)

上次更動並不完全是nerf，因為低階場有這種隱蔽魚雷實在很令人起度濫。

高階DD雖然也有，可是他們裝填沒這麼快，沒辦法一直丟，而且天敵比較多。

- New camouflages will come, including individual ones (like Atago and
Tirplitz) for every ship, but that will be constant process that will start
with premiums first.

新的迷彩計畫中，包括專用迷彩(像北宅和Atago)，不過會慢慢來，金船優先就是了。

- CVs division are not planned for now. The players now gamble with the setup
(universal, strike or air superiority) while division can pick strike + air
superiority and have too big influence compared to the enemy 2 random CVs
that don't use voicecom. Balancing division vs division will be too
complicated.

暫時不考慮CV組排，現在玩家必須要賭看要用那種甲板，如果可以組排的話，一個制空

一個制海將會破壞野團CV的遊戲體驗，要平衡CV組排太麻煩了，不幹。

- AP bombs for DBs will come next year, won't be ready this one.

艦爆在明年將會可以裝AP彈。
