Interface:

新增德國、蘇聯科技樹。

Ships:

Profitability in credits of premium ships Atago and Atlanta slightly
increased.

Atago和Atlanta現在賺錢速度變快了。

Fixed error that lead to torpedo spread on Tirpitz being overlayed with fire
- camera has been slightly raised

修正當北宅起火的時候造成魚雷射線和起火特效重疊的錯誤，把視角上升。

Fixed display error for "chance of fire" characteristic for bombers aircraft

修正艦爆面板起火機率固定不變的錯誤。

Balance changes сhanges in US ships:

For Eri increased loading time to 7 sec

Erie 裝填從8秒變成7秒。

For Chester increased loading time to 7 sec

Chester 裝填從8秒變7秒。

Set the local value of guns rotation speed at 4 dps for Arkansas (which is
typical not for guns, but for a specific ship)

Arkansas砲塔轉速從每秒3度變成4度 (60s to 45s)

Maps:

On maps "Two Brothers", "Ice Islands" and "Fault Line" spots where landscape
did not correspond with collision border have been fixed.

以上三張地圖邊界景觀和實際會撞到不一致的問題修正。

"Fault Line" - landscape collision border wider visual of lanscape border in
squares E8-F8

"Fault Line E8-F8實際會撞到的距離比撞擊線還寬"
