React建立app不成功

（一樣的問題）

npx create-react-app後跑出圖一
要強制Ctrl+c才能停止

只建立了node_modules, package.json, package-lock.json

Npm version 6.14.4，node version v.12.16.3

已經試過：
1. Npm uninstall create-react-app -g
2. 不在全域建立、Cd到特定資料夾create
3. npm init react-app my-app
4. npm cache clean --force & npm install -g npm@latest --force

不確定發在這個版適不適合
若有建議我再把文章轉過去
