標題[問題] 塊狀超連結語言寫法

我以往維護網頁都是土法煉鋼把前人拿來修改
現在想要在超連結上呈現塊狀連結的效果
然後google到

其中包含了塊狀連結的案例
但因為我原本都沒有使用css,都用很簡單的語法來呈現內容而已
(就是< a href="超連結網址" >超連結名稱< /a > 這種程度而已)
想問有沒有不用使用css就能呈現塊狀連結的寫法呢?

基本上就是寫好三行的表格
然後想把超連結鑲嵌在影片這格的整個儲存格
想知道有沒有繼續這種寫法就能做出來的辦法
