剛才發現Xodo PDF Reader & Editor出新版 - 3.5.3，
不過好像變成Win 10 Store app，Win 8可能不能裝。
這個版本是個大躍進，新增以下功能:
* Updated menus, dialogs, and views adapting to window size
* Insert blank pages, images, or a whole other document into your PDF
* Rotate, delete, and export pages in a PDF
* Crop pages manually or automatically
* Password protect files
* Optimize files to reduce file size
* Text to speech
* Sepia reading mode & improved night mode
* Insert images into your PDF
* Flatted signatures to make them permanent
* Pin folders in the file browser for quick access
* A marker tool for free-hand highlighting
* View summary of all search results
* Open files by drag and dropping them into Xodo
* Choose sticky note icon and color
* Eraser thickness can now be adjusted
* Switch between a light and a dark theme for the entire app
* Quick file selection in file page by typing file names
* Other usability improvements

其中幾個我highlight的功能我覺得滿實用的。
另外這一版也解決一些中文字顯示問題:)
