[問題] 澳洲打工417 visa 年齡問題

小弟我最近有再查詢有關於澳洲打工度假的事情

有一個地方不太懂


在417 VISA首頁 Requirements 說道
https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/417-

You might be able to get this visa if you:

are at least 18 but not yet 31 years of age

do not have a dependent child accompanying you at any time during your stay in Australia

have a passport from an eligible country.

我知道澳洲的打工度假有年齡的限制 31歲前要進入澳洲

但是最近跟朋友討論

有一個朋友卻說

除了在31歲生日以前要進入澳洲

在出發前申請簽證還必須要在你30歲生日前申請

接著點下方的 download PDF Form

在第二頁一開始卻看到

Eligibility requirements

To be granted a Working Holiday visa, there are a number of eligibility requirements that applicants must meet.
All applicants must:
 be aged between 18 years and 30 years inclusive (at the time
you apply);

小弟我是1985/11/30 出生

PDF這邊說的 30 years inclusive 跟首頁說的 not yet 31
(30 inclusive 是指 以我為例30歲: 2015/11/30~2016/11/29 這段期間??)

2015/11/30 我就滿30歲了

請問我一定要在2015/11/30 前申請 VISA嗎

還是2016/11/30前都可以申請VISA呢

怕怕的

想問問大家

推 matix: 我今年5月底滿31 今年3月初申請 目前已在澳洲三個多月了
→ matix:  所以只要在31前拿到簽證後並在一年內入境即可

推 oooocat: cas跟我一樣，在31生日前幾天才辦，可惜的是只能有一簽沒
