各位大能
小弟之前有申請加拿大打工度假
但因服役問題，所以一陣子沒上去看
今天一查他說我帳號被註銷
所以我新就申請一個
申請到IEC時他說我的身份已申請過，所以不能申請
這樣我該怎麼辦？
