Job Title:      Consulting Manager – Analytics Solution
Department:     Product Development & Solution
Location:       Shanghai
Annual Package: 400,000 - 600,000 RMB

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

‧ Leading analytics project fulfilment activities – Drive and implement
project delivery on credit risk management, supplier risk management, & fraud
prevention with analytics capability

‧ Managing project team with high value delivered – Manage project team in
a highly complicated business environment to deliver high client value

‧ Supporting analytics business development activities – Work with sales
team to identify business problems from our clients, demonstrate Huaxia Dun &
Bradstreet value proposition in data insights, risk management, & analytics
capability. Convince clients with Huaxia Dun & Bradstreet data & analytics
solutions, drive and manage business development activities such as client
workshop, response to RFP etc.

‧ Formulate data & analytics strategy for Huaxia Dun & Bradstreet –
 Optimize the return on existing business and IT investment in solution areas
such as data management and data mining, credit risk management, fraud
prevention, compliance risk management, & supplier risk management. Develop
strategy in how to integrate with analytics capability and generate big value

‧ Develop enterprise analytics solution plan with the focus in risk
management – Activities include business issue & requirements analysis,
solution design, estimation, project plan and implementation methodologies
etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

‧ 6+ years of consulting business experiences, deep industry knowledge in
either pharmaceutical, or heavy equipment manufacturing, or automotive
industry

‧ At least 2 years of project manager experience in consulting projects

‧ Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and
English. Experiences and proven record in senior client dialogues

‧ 5+ years of experience in analytics solution planning and implementation
with focus on at least one of the following: credit risk management,
enterprise risk management, supplier risk management, or fraud prevention

‧ Deep understanding of data analytics framework, value proposition,
solution, and key technologies and products. Such as R, Python, SPSS, or SAS.
Hands-on skills in Industry solution development and PoC implementation

‧ Ability to meet travel requirements (50% above) within China

‧ Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university

Job Title:      Associate Consultant - Analytics
Department:     Product Development & Solution
Location:       Shanghai
Annual Package: 150,000 - 200,000 RMB

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

‧ Understand the business, think of enhancements, prepare solutions and be
able to translate it to the analytics language

‧ Data analysis using basic and advanced skills in statistics, predictive
modelling, and database management

‧ Work with team members to develop collateral for analytical based solutions

‧ Perform ad-hoc analytics projects and problem solve through issues

‧ Provide on-site support and work as a team with other HDBC consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

‧ Graduate (Master's) degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering,
Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, etc.) or a graduate
degree in business with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis

‧ 1+ years of experience in analytics consulting & solution design

‧ Hands on experience with developing statistical and machine learning
solutions, and familiarity with big data technologies

‧ Excellent knowledge in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Powerpoint

‧ Hands on experience in one of the below platform: SAS, SPSS, R or Python

‧ Ability to identify and solve variety of mathematical or operational
problems in collaboration with other team members

‧ Experience in credit risk solution, compliance risk solution,
anti-corruption predictive modelling will be a plus
