In the event of an actual or suspected concussion, Qatar 2022 protocol allows fo
r a single additional permanent concussion substitution (APCS). This substitutio
n allows a team to withdraw a player who may have suffered a brain injury but do
es not impact the five permitted substitutions. The opposing team is granted an
additional substitution with each APCS to avoid any advantage.

疑似腦震盪，可以多1個換人名額，而且不包含在5人的換人名額
