今天《生命之光》講述夫妻關係，和以媛的生活境頗為相似。太陽盛德導師提醒，夫妻會
愈走愈遠的原因往往都是因為太忙碌。這句話突顯目前的生活樣態，每天回家除了在客廳
「拉長尾音」打招呼，稍微講幾句話，就趕緊進入房間寫超碼心得或繼續未完成的公司文
件。等到告一段落時，已是12點左右，先生早已進入夢鄉。早晨一起吃早餐時，往往都是
他看他的政論視頻，我聽我的「幸福之光晨讀會」，然後趕著上班。像這樣的日子成為生
活的常態。昨天早晨知道先生晚上要參加朋友公司尾牙宴，故意向他說難得以媛晚上在家
，可以一起吃晚飯。先生回答：妳在家也講不到兩句話。言下之意包含了許多無奈的感受
，以媛沒有接話，但是知道這個早已意識到的現象，必須要改善了。
雖然經常抽時間做菜、打掃家裏、和女兒大姑聚會等等，幾乎沒有啥事不做而和先生在家
聊天，出門逛街或踏青，陪先生去泰國休假。兩人的生活型態南轅北轍，一張一弛難有交
集。先生過的是一般人的退休生活，以媛還在以緊湊的步調，分配時間給工作、求知、修
行及家事。但不能以此為藉口，必須在有限時間下營造兩人之間的生活情趣，這是以媛最
需要用心之處，因為超碼方法中最為生疏的是「營造」。除了需要練習改善夫妻關係外，
也是改善與老闆間互動方式最需要注入的元素。

1. 感恩金董請吃尾牙，今年請了合作關係最為密切的哥宏蔡董及公子，還有兩位看懂
二氧化碳發電的支持者一起共餐，表示公司邁入另一個階段，是所有同事和供應商努力的
結果，當然少不了老闆的全生命投入。
2. 感恩金董貼心，尾牙過後還有伴手禮，給每一位帶回家兩個剛進口的大蘋果，沉甸
甸地充滿愛心，讓人覺得溫暖。金董的細心和用心和做人的細膩，是以媛最值得學習之處
。
3. 晚上尾牙與右邊的羅總為鄰，談起因果及道德，雙方很有交集，認為近年來台灣加
速道德敗壞的主因就是沒有因果觀念。遠因來自於取消道德教育及「去中保台」的荒謬意
識形態，刨起了中華文化的根，讓台灣人成了無根、沒有自我認知和文化認同的漂泊人，
欠缺成長的動力，也就渙散度日，為所欲為，造就現今脫序的社會現象。
