想詢問一種小工具
朋友說是外國人拿來拆聖誕樹燈飾用的
線索只有 下面這兩張不太清楚的照片

請問有人知道這個工具名稱嗎？
或是在哪裡可以找到這款工具呢？
下了很多關鍵字都找不到
確定不是汽車工具的那種開燈鉗
