[請問] chrome怎停用擴充功自動更新？

Cent Browser 5.0.1002.354
urban-vpn-proxy上月底改版後就不能用了
在edge能用(但會自作主張關掉IDM)

想說卡在舊版就好，但沒幾秒就自動更新…
google到這篇、兩個方法都試過沒用@@
