The Trans-Pacific Technology Fund (TPTF) is a technology-driven
venture capital fund, investing in innovative companies shaping the future
of global business. We invest internationally and work actively with the
leadership of our portfolio companies to support their growth.
Position : Associate
‧Reporting to the Managing Partners with responsibilities to the
Finance Director and Investment Directors.
Key responsibilities include :
‧Supporting of investment transactions, including:
。Supporting Investment Directors with due diligence on potential
investment opportunities
。Supporting Finance Directors with reporting
。Conducting financial modeling and analysis
。Developing presentations
‧Preparing communications to the Fund's investors and portfolio
companies
‧Supporting general corporate and office administration responsibilities
Primary qualifications :
‧Ideal candidates should have an advanced degree, preferably MBA, with
financial/investment experience related to investment transactions.
‧Exceptional academic background in business, finance, accounting,
or economics.
‧Strong capabilities with multitasking and willing to working in an
international environment where coworkers are distributed across a wide
range of countries and locations.
‧Able to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly, passionate to learn and
work with venture capitalist and entrepreneurs in a fast-paced anf fluid
environment
‧Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with superior attention
to detail.
‧Ability to work independently without need for day-to-day guidance.
‧Exceptional analytical and research skills, experience with technology
companies operating in diverse sectors is a plus.
‧Outstanding written and oral communications skills, self-motivation and
a willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
‧Strategic thinker with orientation to detail, deadlines, process and
project management.
‧Stong value system with exceptional integrity, impeccable ethics,
demonstrated personal and professional leadership capabilities.
‧Willingness to travel around 10~20%
