[問題] 保健食品網購的6位數認證碼

各位卡友好


這幾天在一家保健食品網站購買商品，

一家叫Swanson的保健食品公司。

用了信用卡結帳後，

過了幾天該公司寄了一封說需要 6 digit Authorization ID number，

他們說為了確保是不是本人刷卡以及當地的法規限制，

需要我問銀行這個訊息並提供給他們這個六位密碼。


因為我是今年才用信用卡，

這個情況是第一次碰到，

然後因為客服打不進去；目前也有去信銀行尋問！


我自己也有用該網站的「Chat」與他們聯絡，

他們說要提供後才會發貨，為了保護消費者與他們公司，

所以需要這六位密碼。

他們說這是固定的六位密碼。

名稱有 Authorization ID / Transaction ID / Approval Code


想問一下卡友們有碰過這樣的情況嗎？

這跟我們的OTP有什麼不一樣？

為什麼國外交易要這樣弄之類的？


目前沒有 "不爽不要用" "會怕不要用" 之類的，

因為也已經用下去才知道這樣的情況說XD"

想問一下為什麼網站不一開始就讓我進入3D secure去輸入OTP

反而是先讓我簡單刷過後再來詢問？這個是國外網購常見的流程嗎？

因為要用信用卡之前有作功課，對於以前還沒有OTP的固定碼時代好像蠻多負面消息，

如果這是固定碼的話，不就等於整張卡的訊息都流出了？

感覺這樣的思維好像進入"會怕不要用"的階段惹 XD" 不好意思！
