母狗的卵巢切除術與卵巢子宮切除術長期影響之比較


雖然卵巢切除術相較之下較不具侵略性，且耗費時間較少，但大部分的外科課本推薦以卵
巢子宮切除術進行母狗的一般絕育。

這個建議很可能是建立在使用卵巢切除術後子宮疾病的發展，然而，卻沒有證據顯示像是
囊性子宮內膜增生(CEH)-子宮內膜炎這類情況，發展於已結紮(卵巢切除術)的母狗，除非
黃體激素被操縱。

因此，此研究之目的正是要比較這兩者的長期影響，包括尿失禁的發生率。

問卷調查的樣本有264位母狗主人，兩個手術成為通常用法，分別都已經行使8~11年，126
個是卵巢切除術，138個是卵巢子宮切除術。

完整的資料內包含69隻切除卵巢組的母狗，以及66隻切除卵巢及子宮組的母狗。

結果並沒有顯示出子宮內膜炎發生於切除卵巢組的母狗。而這些母狗在結紮後，對公狗都
不具有性吸引力。

兩組各有兩隻母狗陰部流出白色液體，但這四隻狗在此液體出現的時期，皆無呈現生病。

此外，除了尿失禁以外，並沒有發生可以連結到結紮手術的問題。

六隻做過卵巢切除術的母狗，以及九隻做過卵巢子宮切除術的母狗，最後罹患了尿失禁。

這15隻母狗，約占總數的11%，有12隻體重超過20公斤。

Bouvier des Flandres品種的母狗，相較於其他品種之下，是罹患尿失禁的高風險群。

尿失禁至少可以部分歸因於其他情況，因為其中有八隻罹患尿失禁的狗，年齡皆大於9歲
。

還有7隻先前已具有多尿症( Polyuria)或多渴症(Polydipsia)。

在切除卵巢組及切除子宮卵巢組中，上列之泌尿問題並無明顯差異。

據猜測，子宮疾病像是囊性子宮內膜增生(CEH)-子宮內膜炎，在進行完整的卵巢切除術後
無法發展，除非黃體激素被操控。

此研究之結果顯示卵巢切除術與卵巢子宮切除術相比，並沒有提高罹患囊性子宮內膜增生
(CEH)-子宮內膜炎或其他併發症的風險。

總結而言，健康的母狗中，並沒有在一般結紮手術移除子宮的指示。

相較之下，卵巢切除術應當被視為一種手術做法的選擇。

總之，就是只切除卵巢其實不會多讓子宮產生什麼疾病，
黃體激素我想那個意思應該是，因為黃體激素會造成子宮內膜分泌變化，
所以如果被操縱的話，就會造成產生變化，進而可能罹患子宮疾病(吧)

只切除卵巢應該是蠻被推薦的，因為侵略性小，手術也可以進行的快，

但我還是覺得要有幾個前提：
1.請找好的獸醫院，不管任何手術都是這樣
2.請確定你的狗是健康的，可以接受手術的
3.每種手術都有風險，應該謹慎評估後再決定
