[問題] 個人清關代碼要怎麼取得？

最近有想在韓國購物平台lookpin買東西，結果要結帳的時候，碰到要輸入個人清關代碼（簡稱pccc），有點一頭霧水，這個東西要怎麼取得啊？

如果要進口到台灣，應該是提供台灣的清關代碼？
