離題一下，U=U 的部份，The Lancet HIV 今年六月的CORRESPONDENCE非常有趣。

首先Bob Leahy針對Jens Lundgren 與 Andrew Phillips 評論提出質疑，對於文章中，
病毒量測不到的感染者經由性行為傳染他人的風險非常低「Very low」描述感到困惑，
而這種說法可能讓感染者陷入法律困境。

It perpetuates myths that exist even within the ranks of medical practitioners.

Thus, the article cries out for further commentary, given the potential to
mislead, to confuse, and even to create legal problems for those living with
HIV.


然後Jens Lundgren 與 Andrew Phillips後續則回應:

We thank Bob Leahy for bringing the wording we used on the risks of
transmission in people with suppressed plasma viral load to the attention
of the readership. We agree with Anthony Fauci's interpretation that people
“who take ART daily as prescribed and achieve and maintain an undetectable
viral load have effectively no risk of sexually transmitting the virus to an
HIV-negative partner”, and we agree that this better conveys the risk to a
broad audience than the wording we used in the article.

1. 去年國際愛滋病學會的IAS2017會議就已經談U=U，還做了附Logo的圖。

2. 今年的話，U=U 幾乎就是AIDS 2018 熱門場，如果不早點搶位子是進不去的喔。

3. U=U 只有針對性行為傳染，不過目前也有討論U=U 下女性感染者是否可以餵母乳。

目前台灣2017年的成果是達到79-87-90

換算一下，確診的感染者當中，約78%已經接受治療且控制病毒，大致上無傳染風險。

→ geofrania: 即便在血中測不到病毒的情況下，精液中還是有病毒存在
→ geofrania: 還"大致上"~都不敢肯定~反正怎麼講都不是自己中標嘛
所謂血液中測不到病毒，但精液可能有病毒。

第一，精液中有愛滋病毒，理論上可能有傳染風險，我概念上同意這件事。

第二，目前實證研究就已經發表，沒有經由服藥控制的感染者而讓性伴侶傳染案例。

PARTNER 2 Study

Conclusions: Despite almost 75,000 condomless-sex acts in gay
serodifferent couples where the positive partner was on suppressive
ART, we found zero cases of within couple HIV transmission. PARTNER2
provides a similar level of confidence for gay men as for heterosexual
couples in PARTNER1.

實質上有無風險可以談，要談精液有病毒，我覺得無妨，

但是實證研究已經有的成果也不要裝死，過度渲染、製造或傳播恐慌是十分惡劣的行為。
