提到鏡子與骨鯁之臣的離去，頗符合唐太宗與魏徵的關係：
唐太宗之悼魏徵：「夫以銅為鏡，可以正衣冠，以史為鏡，可以知興替，以人為鏡，
可以明得失。魏徵沒，朕亡一鏡矣！」
還有一段:

從皇帝變掃地，也蠻符合溥儀在中共統治後被分配勞改當園丁的情境。
這首歌也蠻好聽的，搭配電影<末代皇帝>的片段畫面，很有趣。
