Hogg10水桶14日。

二、說明

本板所屬之群組為「日常資訊站」，有別於一般聊天類或心情類看板，故發言內容應有

較高之標準，可以批評政策或法規，但不當政策或法規並非不當用語之事由，合先敘明。

Hogg10於文章#1OzYquGE (home-sale)指摘特定地區之居民為「低等」，經本板認定為

謾罵不特定第三人，違反本板板規1-5，應處水桶十四日。

本板同時在此重申，請勿以特定性別、地區、種族、職業、年齡、身分之人群為挑釁、

引戰、謾罵、歧視、誹謗之對象，但以特定行為之人為對象者，不在此限。

2017/04/20改判：

依#1O-3Yjoo (home-sale)處理原則，減輕為水桶五日，應屬合理。
