cofepupu於置底區發表六行無關檢舉事項之推文，經使用者檢舉，本板查証屬實，

從其內容觀之，顯非因過失而為之，該當違反檢舉申訴申請管理辦法第九條第六項，

依同法第二十二條第五項，處水桶七日。
