二、說明
www32以買屋類文章發表顯非該分類用途之文章，且任意填寫分類標籤內的行政區，
違反本板使用規範第八條第二項，依#1RM8WsqV (home-sale)第三點第一項第二款，
處水桶十四日、文章刪除。
smallpenguin發表之賣屋文，其「實價登錄資訊」顯與實際情形不符，
經其它使用者查核後方修正，雖無法証明其缺漏重要事項之故意，
然審酌其專業智識程度後認為其應注意並能注意而未注意，有過失責任，
依違反本板使用規範第八條第三項處斷；依#1RM8WsqV (home-sale)第三點第一項第一款
，處水桶十四日，惟其文章已補正，不予刪除。

以上使用者發表無關本板宗旨之新聞，違反本板使用規範第九條第一項第五款，
